Well - it's been awhile. Hope everyone is doing well. The only additions to the garage is a new car (don't worry - still have the truck) and a kegerator. :rocker: The car is a 335i. Going OEM+. Added M4 wheels, front lip, rear diffuser & spoiler and an intake (sounds awesome). Next will...

Beautiful car! I must say I'm sad to hear it is such a tight fit inside. Was the old one you had about the same? A Viper has crossed my mind a few times but I haven't had the chance to sit in one yet.

Looks great! The tiling and cabinets is fantastic. Really looks like a fun place to work & hang out. I love everything about it - except - may I suggest a nicer trash can? ;)

Nice! Why did you go with the vinyl soffit? Was there dry wall already? I like the putting green shape for the bar table/stools.

That's quite the compliment! Thanks! If I could bestow one piece of advice - it'd be to do everything slowly & properly the first time around. It'll save you big bucks in the long run!

Thanks for checking! I searched Ikea's website without luck. It seems now they only have paper or plastic containers (at least here in the US)... :( It's hard to find just the right size container for the trackwall shelf!

The new floor is so much better! I would have gone a bit crazy with a messed up concrete job as well. When do you think you'll be doing the cabinets? And what kind did you end up going with (sorry if I missed that)? The cars are awesome - I browsed a bit of your M3 journal. Very, very nice...

Thanks a lot! Always a work in progress... :) The extent of my work are lifts/leveling kits installs, turbo & supercharger installs and oil changes. Most of the time it's just detailing. Pretty basic clean jobs so I don't have to work too hard to keep it looking nice! I wish I had bought...

Purchased a Griot's random orbital buffer from Amazon. It was one of the "deals of the day" for $77.00. I've been wanting one for awhile. I used CG v38 with Griot's black pad, followed by two coats of CG blacklight with the red pad and topped it off with CG v7 spray. Buffed everything with...

Another vote to keep the track lights. I find that having both accent lighting AND shop lighting is ideal. For instance - I use dimmable, warm (3000k) recessed cans for hangout/beer-drinking lighting and use bright (5000k) shop lights when I'm actually doing something productive.
