I use 2 metal cutting circular saw's at work. For big stuff in the shop, I use a Fein Slugger 1 1/4 metal cutting saw. For smaller pieces of metal and when I need it in the field, i use a Hilti SCM 18-A. Both are super awesome!!

Defiantly hit up your local pawn shop and/or ebay and search for a used Hilti. Something like a Hilti TE 6-C/ TE 7-C would fit what you are looking for. The "C" means that you can drill, hammer drill, and chisel.

I recommended the Oakley SI M Frame. The are comfortable, have interchangeable lenses, made in USA, and are Z87 compliant. They even say Z87 right on the frame so you can show safety personnel.

Yes I believe each tool will come in a plastic case, have a charger, and 2 batteries. The battery amp hours are not posted but with 6 batteries total, I should be fine. Also I believe these are made in Japan judging from my research on Google images.
