Air hammer with a point, a good quality one not a wal-mart/harbor freight special. Works everytime. If that dosent work, put the puller back on , tighten it up and hit the back of the puller bolt with a flat bit in the air hammer.

Nope Mines 32x32 and i consider it a single bay. The rest of the space is tools.

Maybe switch to a jack shaft type opener like a liftmaster 3800? That would eliminate the opener and track in the area where the vehicle would be lifted. Then you would have to extend the tracks at the bottom to gain height with the door open.

Stack and bond mortar comes to mind. But more importantly, do you know why they cracked? A poorly made footing perhaps. Or just a bad mortar job on the joints themselves.

@ ket-tek I dont see where anyone is bashing bend pak, but there is clearly an issue with the fact that these lifts are being lifted from the side and being damaged. Im merely suggesting that bend pak could take some steps to make the lift safe to lift from the side, such as covering the column...

I had the same issue with my xpr10. I had some scratches on my lift when unpacked and one of the shipping frames was bent and the bolts holding it on were loose. This is a fact of life when anything ships to my rural location, horrible roads around here are mostly to blame. But the scratches on...

Ten years ago, had a dewalt 18v charger burst into flames on the jobsite. Luckily we were on site as it could have ended badly. Needless to say I do not leave my chargers plugged in or the batteries in them.

I have the XPR-10 set wide, and it has not been a problem. If you have the space ,set it wide.

Many rusty rockers here in the northeast. Lifting by the pinch welds, no bueno. I always put the front two lift pads on the subframe mounts,and the rear two on suspension mount. For vehicles with a frame i go to the book.

The columns are bottom heavy, two people can stand them up easily, should not need a forklift, while it comes with the truck adapters i would also get the frame cradle adapters. The safety switch lever will get caught in the padding on the bar across the top, slip a small piece of plastic air...

I ended up doing this with my vise, base is a chunk of frame from an old dump truck , braces from the end of an old oil tank, an old piece of pipe and some plate for the mount. Total investment Wheels, ball bearing steel center for lawn mower. 12 bucks Paint, 6 bucks With the vise it weighs...

This is why Bendpak is getting so many votes here. They stand behind their products. And have great customer service. This is my XPR10 in action, I dont think this lift can be beat for the price. My 2 cents.
