H-P Tool Manufacturing Corp./ Blue Line

My problem with Blue Line wrenches is usually it's missing a chunk of chrome somewhere. Punches and Chisels were top notch. Anyone ever figure out if they were forging tools in Philadelphia? Or just having other manufacturers produce the tools while they just distributed?

So I found a A703 15” 1/2” drive... I’m sure it’s a long shot, but anyone know of a rebuild kit or any donor ratchets that can be used for it? Took it apart to clean and lube, one of the two pawls has the holder broken above it. Still works! But obviously not as it should. Debating carefully...

Plomb tool picture thread - show your stuff!

Found this on FB marketplace, paid more than I usually do for anything, but totally worth it. Now I’m not sure if the box is original or not, but gonna was it and keep them in it. The bottom 10 in the set, plus a random Fairmount! NOS, not a mark on them! Gonna need a larger drawer...

This little guy followed me home the other night! Was actually picking up an Oliver woodworking vise for my son, whose 1 and named Oliver, lol. The guy I bought them from is a vise collector and as I was drooling over everything and asked if there were any in particular I was after. Of course...

It’s home! Still believe these were manufactured in different years. I like the drawer pulls on my lower: More than the plain steel ones on the upper. But. They’re together! Didn’t they make a 2 drawer mid box too? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I hit the bonney man at the qmart again yesterday. Got some more streamline goodies, as far as he knows, he won’t be getting anymore anytime soon. He still has a bunch of CV and Bon-e-con though. Said the next batch from the guy he’s clearing out is mostly Williams and snap on. Sent from my...

Estate sale finds! Sort of. So I hit up an estate sale 3 weeks ago because I spotted these in the pile of wrenches. Went over and only found the smallest one (the 3050). Was partially bummed, but got a lot of other goodies too. Last night, the other 4 pop up on Facebook a mile from where the...

Speaking of similar drawer pulls across different brands.... tomorrow I’m picking up a 50’s snap on 3 drawer top box. Now check this out, paying attention to the pulls on the drawers, on the cover, and the side carry handle. Now this is out of the ‘60 Bonney catalog. Nearly identical...

Randall, is that a intermediate chest too? Pretty Awesome! I would think 70's into the 80's judging by the badge and drawer pulls. Looks like every company had the same pulls around then.
