Larry, Thanks I will give that a shot...it ***** I had it perfect on the table when I welded it all together and installed it and bam..as my norm it is off 10 degrees or so.

I have a basic question on a hinge. I fab up a set, machined some bearing bronze spacers welded it all, and yet I have about a 10 degree problem as it seats before it closes 100%....what am I missing before I go grinding of a bit of the 150 year old metal? Thanks

Both it connects both of them I put in a sub panel it's own ac..as I know a lot of people that just splice into the house system for the garage then wonder why the house smells like gas..lol There was a pool in this spot and the garage was detached Un finished...I will post some of the garage...
