Don't buy Matco. Matco started to make their own hammers overseas that appear to look very similar to Trusty Cook but are definable inferior. The current difference between red and green is the green ones are NOS and are still Trusty Cook.

I couldn't agree more on the impact sockets my old Mac impacts outlast Snapon at least 2-1. My most used sockets are my Mac Shallow 3/8 impact universals I have used them damn near daily for 10 years without a single warranty issue knock on wood.

I couldn't agree more. If this was 15 years ago I would have said Mac was the cream of the crop but that isn't the case anymore just get cash and, buy something else. Mac doesn't have anything in my opinion that is so far superior that other brand can compete. The best stuff Mac has is rebranded.
