    My new garage vacuum setup

I got the hoover GUV prograde L2310 Priced well at $150 and free shipping. Only two complaints so far, wish the hose was more than 30ft and the filter needs cleaning often. When i start to lose suction i know its time for a filter cleaning. Pics in sig.

    Melted 12-3 wiring

12 is only good for 20amps. You dont need the NEC to figure this stuff out, says right on the package what the wire is rated for.

    Pole barn wall framing

Thats how i ended up doing it. I also did not fasten the lower plate to the floor. After putting the stud walls in and screwing them to the posts and header it was so solid i didnt see the need.

If you do your doing it backwards. Roxul in the ceiling, fiberglass in the walls. Or if you have a bottomless wallet roxul all of it.

Harbor Freight 56" Chest and Cabinet Stacking

Just stack them, dont even bother bolting them together. Might not be a bad idea to bolt them together if your moving your box around multiple times a day, even then i wouldnt bother.

    1/2" or 3/4" Impact?

All you need is a harbor freight 1/2" earthquake. It wouldnt even blink at those bolts. Even with a 1/2" impact you need a good sized air compressor. I dont think putting two tanks together will cut it.

    Air compressor plumbing

1/2" is more than enough for any home shop. Only reason i went with 3/4 main is because the price difference was minimal compared to 1/2". I still used 1/2" for the drops because i figured it would be easier to reduce down to 1/4" for the leader hoses.
