hmm that key should work on both locks on that top chest... are you sure you have the top cover open while pulling out the shelf? none of the shelves will open unless you have the hinged cover open...

does anyone else HATE these flash based "eCatalogs"? Why can't they simply have a few well designed static web pages with readable fonts? I have a 24" widescreen monitor and I still have a hard time reading out the descriptions. I might load up on that utility knife as stocking stuffers...

i also opted for the 6pt set... 145 piece set, i think --- it has no fluff, like hex keys, screwdriver bits, etc. got it on ebay for less than a hundred bucks.

Just as an update, my refund was credited almost immediately. Aside from the hassle of going back a second time to pick up the missing item, Sears took very good care of me. Very happy with my experience.

I finally got the set I ordered on columbus day, and put it together with my dad. As someone on this forum mentioned, the castor parts are made in china, and sure enough I also twisted one of the bolts in half... not a big deal. The locking mechanism's a bit flimsy... otherwise everything else...
