Couldn't tell. You could only see the threads going into the concrete. I've had people say to have them "shot" in, epoxied in, etc. I picked up a box of the RedHeads and a masonry bit today. Should be fine for what I need.

I have yet to buy any zipties from HF that are worth a poop. Bend them sharp and they break. I finally gave up, and get them from Fastenal now.

I just purchased one, as they had a coupon to get it for $129. Pulled a motor yesterday with it. Seems fine so far. Wheels don't pivot real easily, but for the price, I can deal with that.
