Noob question....
I have a smallish light metal building. 12x24. It had been installed at my old house, and I've moved it to the new one. I'm wondering what's the best/simplest way to anchor it to the concrete? I know there are numerous methods, and I've done none of them, so I'm hoping you can point me in the right direction. I need something I can pick up at the local Home Depot.
I'de rather ask the question here, than at HD.:bounce:

Maybe something like these..? http://www.simpsonanchors.com/catalog/mechanical/strong-bolt/index.html

An anchor like the one in the link would probably work best for you. Just make sure your slab is thick enough for them. Home Depot will probably carry that type of fastener made by Redhead.

How was the building anchored at your previous home?

Couldn't tell. You could only see the threads going into the concrete. I've had people say to have them "shot" in, epoxied in, etc.
I picked up a box of the RedHeads and a masonry bit today. Should be fine for what I need.

Those should work fine for you. Depending on the size you got they should be plenty strong enough and easy for you to install. Do you have a home Depot in Ridgecrest now? I haven't been up there for years, it must have grown some.

Hilti Kwik Bolts.

Drill hole & Hammer in. You will have a stud sticking out. When you put the nut on and tighten it down it expands the bottom of the bolt in the hole, and it isnt coming out!!
