well, I am finally starting to get ready to move to the new house and have gotten to the compressor. Hoping I can resurrect it rather than trash it. I replaced one capacitor and the problem has not gone away. Apparently it is the second capacitor but the part number or specs are not visible...

Good eye and thanks! Yes, the lift is a challenge. I an planning on adding other luminaires "around" the lift so I can get light there (plus I will have some on reels). I wish it were as easy as picking "x" number of 4x2 and 2x2 and move on......... Floor finish decisions and cabinetry...
