Wait till they delay a utility project ( sewer plant) because they can't work with the client ( broward county) on deciding something as how many trees.

Rough sewer should be completed today! Rough water lines going in tomorrow!

I didn't take any pics today but they were laying down the water supply lines! Gas sleeves and some conduit and we should be pouring the slab.

For a minute I thought I read raw sewage! Glad i read wrong.

I always get stressed about this part because I'm scared they didn't measure quite right and the line is in the wrong spot or something. Not to stress you out if you hadn't thought about it that way. Looking forward to the progress.

Been there looking at it carefully 4 times. GC has spent a lot if time on that too.

Which conduit to bury also stressing me out. Have various floor mounted outlets taken care off and sone conduit for low voltage but, what else should i install....

If you're putting in a lift you might want hydraulic lines back to the reservoir. ...and you might think about a power outlet there.
...also might think about lights from the floor under the lift.
...and a compressed air line.

Hello from North Florida. I just stumble across your build this evening, awesome! I saw where you are looking at flooring options so I'm sure everyone would love an update.

Interior flooring is complete. Pool only needs interior finish, driveway, HVAC and finish electrical pending.

No decision on garage floor finish or cabinetry yet.

All garage doors are installed. Super nice, insulated and hurricane resistant!

Open to suggestions on floor finish and garage cabinetry. (Cost effective )

Polished, sealed concrete is my suggestion.
I did epoxy (U coatit ) and it's okay but not great.
The clear coat is not nearly as durable as the epoxy itself.
Maybe some of the more industrial coatings would hold up better, but polished sealed concrete would also give a smooth floor.

Hi! Some updates:

we are living here! Cars not here just yet as we are working on the garage floors.

They have been working on that since Wednesday and should end tomorrow. I decided to stain and seal them using "obsidian" colored stain.

After this bringing in storage racks.
