Upon a little more research it appears to be a 500, although it doesn't say 500 anywhere that I can see. It looks just like this VISE minus the number on the side. Looks like the base is quite expensive compared to some others.

I've used simple green in the past. Let it sit full strength and scrub it if needed. Engine cleaner would probably work well also. Best to get it while its fresh. Cat litter can help pull it up before using chemicals.
