    Thermostat question, recommendation...

Tommy, reading the info below it looks like you can setup an automatic 24 hr sequence that would not need manual input? Single programming mode The Single programming mode, which is associated with the Night mode timer, allows alternating between the Day/Night modes and the two corresponding...

    Thermostat question, recommendation...

Found one, I think. Stelpro STE402NP, 3F to 86F should do the trick. Night setting also so can reduce setting overnight.

    Thermostat question, recommendation...

I currently have a LUX ELV4 stat controlling my SIS 75KBtu radiant heater. All works well but burning through the propane too fast. The ELV4 has a 5/2 program scheme but the minimum temperature is 45F so the barn is maintained at this temperature all the time. I want to try and set a sequence...

    Sunstar SIS75K heater issue

Recently installed Sunstar SIS75K propane heater in my 30'*40' barn. Fully insulated and holds a toasty 45F heat even with extremely low temperatures here in MI. But I have an intermittent issue where the heater does not light. The draft inducing motor runs but no burn. Talked to the tech...

Firstly, sorry for the long post!! Getting ready for winter, barn insulation progressing well, ceiling will also get fiberglass and liners, same as the walls. Now time to plan the Sunstar install. Pole barn is 40'*30' and I will be going with a propane 75K SIS unit along the 40' wall mounted at...

I agree about the liner panels, using them on walls and ceilings. Now need to decide on which heater to buy, probably the Sunstar SIS LPG....

    Let the fun begin!!

Sounds like my plans are the same. I have filled the lower cavities of the siding with expanding foam before I put the foam panels in place so should be OK there. I'm not using any edge trim pieces, saved a few dollars, just looking for function. It's slow going but I think it is going to be...

    Let the fun begin!!

That's why we moved to Traverse City, I'm in the pipeline inspection business and TC has a company new to the business and getting in at the beginning is very satisfying as I've been in the business 27 yrs. Having said that we moved from Houston, 300 days of sunshine, no need for insulated barns...
