It is in a wet area especially when it rains heavy or for a few days. This building was here when my significant other bought the house, so obviously it was here when we got together. House was built in 99. I believe the pole building is probably pretty close to the same age.

I'll have to do some more observation. I'm a mechanic by trade so bear with me if my methods in my updates aren't correct, I'll try to do the best I can. I have a Mason line and line level. Might pick up a laser level, been looking at those for other projects as well. Thanks for the help. Thanks...
In Northern Minnesota. The slab even appears to still be level upon inspection. A family friend of my girlfriend's said back in the day him and his father used to use bottle jacks to support the building while the cut the posts so they could close the gap between the bottom of the shed and slab...
A couple few years ago our pole shed heaved pretty high. Is there a good way to save this or not really? I can't remember the dimensions of it off the top of my head right now and I'm at work, but I want to say it's like a 30X40 or 30X50. It heaved all around, doesn't seem to have hurt the...
I have that Gearwrench socket set. I've used every socket in it at least a few different times. Pretty decent kit for the price. I'm a full time automotive/whatever else comes through the door as my day job.

I personally prefer jack stands, but I like to be able to check the steering components at every oil change. I recently started using my jack stand a bit less, because I got a small "portable" hoist because I miss the hoist I use at work. [emoji23]

Gearwrench offers something similar, not as many sockets though, that's a nice extensive set, I might have to look at getting that haha. Thanks for sharing.

Hey all, has anyone had to warranty any of these little sockets yet? If memory serves me right we have a customer service representative or something of the like on GJ don't we? Thanks in advance.

Fuel pump retaining ring on the fuel tank.
Not sure what size the front and rear pinion nuts are on those trucks. Probably because when I worked at the GM dealer we didn't replace pinion seals on a regular basis.

I bought my air compressor from Air Compressors Direct when it went on sale. Shipping was quick on their end. I had it delivered to the repair shop I work at as I didn't have a way to unload it at home at the time and get it down my driveway. I just brought it home on our tow truck. It was a...
I can't make a suggestion from experience as I don't deal with torx fasteners of that size (automotive technician by trade), but I was going to suggest Wiha based on all of the good stuff I've heard here.
I'd be curious to see some of these knives though too.

I use closet rack that I bought from Walmart and cut in half and bent at 90 degrees. Works great for me, but may not work for you depending on how deep your drawer is. Cost was 10 dollars or so.
