Astro Pneumatic sockets

Hey all, has anyone had to warranty any of these little sockets yet? If memory serves me right we have a customer service representative or something of the like on GJ don't we? Thanks in advance.

That socket has some miles on it, that's for sure.

Unless the end that attaches to the impact is just really soft.

From my experience with these sockets, they're a bit soft. Great sockets though.

This! ^^We are lucky to have a rep from Astro come here and answer questions, tell us about new products etc. Why not follow the correct warranty protocol and not bother him over a single regular imlact socket claim.

Impact sockets are better made "soft" than too hard, especially as you whittle away material to make them smaller. This is to say soft on the ASME/DIN allowed scale for the tool, not soft in a general sense.
