Thanks for this. It helped me find a nut cap for a Columbian vise I bought off eBay. I couldn't figure out why the nut kept jamming up until I realized there was supposed to be something to keep the nut in place. The info you posted helped me find the part I needed and my vise works perfectly now.

It was a joke but also kind of true. I saw some drop cords run through white pvc, probably 150'. The installer cut all the ends off the cords and wrapped the joints in electrical tape (no wire nuts). The pipes were strapped but drooping across the walls in U shapes. We came in, tore it all down...

Careful to not squeeze too hard or you'll cut the nail. If that happens you just squeeze a little less and the nail should still pull out.

I have their self-adjusting Rotosplit for MC. Some will argue the speed in comparison to the "break and nip" method of stripping MC, but it leaves, by far, a much cleaner cut than any other method.

What are some disadvantages to the pliers wrench? It can't be totally perfect, can it? I'm thinking of getting a pair to throw in my home tool set because my work tool set contains all my pliers and my adjustable wrench.
