Seems like Tap-a-talk isn't scaling your photos down from your camera phone's default size...
Took the RBZ and my middle daughter to the Blackhawk Auto Museum's monthly Cars and Coffee this morning!
There were about 450 cars there today with absolutely beautiful weather!
Not in my garage but in my "man cave". Finally got the new fan/light hung with remote control. Amazingly, everything worked correctly the FIRST time! I know, I was just as amazed as you are!
The only option I can see for you is to convert your opener to a jackshaft model to remove the center opener (I have liftmasters) and raise the tracks flush with the ceiling and then adjust them to open the door all the way up. That should give you at least a few more inches.
My house was built in 1981 and my 3 car garage also had ONE 110v 15A outlet and the entire 3000 sq/ft house had ONLY a 90A service!
I now have 400A main service in the garage and the house is now a 100A sub-panel! At 80% load I've got 240A continuous amps available in the garage alone on 6 50A...
Well, I got my Miller 175 sold but the guy who was going to buy my 210 was a no show... :(
I need to get this thing out of the garage to make room for my TIG...

I've got the heater but I haven't installed it because I'm still working on the garage expansion planning...
Finally finished repairing the damage from the electrical fire in my 1972 Datsun 240Z and drove it to the Blackhawk Auto Museum Cars & Coffee meet in Blackhawk, CA. It was great to get her back on the road and hear those turbos sing after nearly 3 months!
I've got two 4-post racks that I picked up from a company move and I've been trying to figure out what I can do with them. Mine won't be mobile so I'll put my garage stereo in the top section. Brilliant idea!
I've been storing all my long magnetic levels and a couple of magnetic bowls on mine. I love the gloves and towel holders. I'll be ordering those for my loft shortly!
Several years ago I had 3 new Liftmaster 8500 openers, new springs and track extensions for a 10' ceiling was $2300 fully installed. My tracks run about 2" below the ceiling with just enough clearance for my 12 4' fluorescent light fixtures...
