Hung the doors! Did the 8x8 the other day Hung the 12x12 door today. It binds at the bottom so needs a little more tweaking. Ordered my wire to feed the garage panel so I'll finally have power in there. Hoping to have my final inspections by the end of this week so then the real fun begins!

Well the building was delivered last Friday. Started erecting some of the the columns Friday after delivery. More work Sunday! Here is a time lapse of the work on Sunday.

Ok so looks like I have everything lined up. One thing I'm curious about is leveling the columns. Am I able to use ratchet straps or do I need steel cables and a come a long?

Yeah the plan was to pour everything all at once but the lean-to slab with the 1.5" drop down made it really difficult. Don't know what part you think is a drain, but on the garage slab by the door opening is a 1/4" metal plate for welding to.

Im trying to start my 30x40 steel building with a lean-to. im looking at 70-80 yards of concrete at $7500 for the 54x40 slab. im getting prices of people doing everything from $29,000 to $6,000 for only labor. im getting myself ready for the back breaking experience to save in the labor cost...

one thing i noticed is you need bushings on connectors 1" and over. noticed some in the panel. also you shoudnt have any outlets in for a rough inspection. they need to see inside the boxes. Inspectors are funny. some are super nice and others are monsters. some also hate owner builder...
