how would i attach the board to the concrete wall? thanks for the help.

just out of curiosity, could i just buy some 2"x2" to serve the same purpose as ripping the 2x4s? or just use 2x4s with the 4" side against the back of the bench for more support? thanks for the help.

the only question i have on your drawing is do you put the 2" side or the 4" side against the back of the bench? also, i already put some 2x4's across the legs to brace it. i want to be able to sit at the table but i made it tall because i am 6'5" tall and i wanted it to be tall enough for me...
