    I’d try enamel model paint. Apply with small brush or q-tip. Then wrap a cloth rag tightly around you finger and dab it in thinner to wipe away the excess. The rag should be moist, not soaked in thinner. Several quick wipes using clean portions of the rag. I usually use lacquer thinner, but...

    @mattblast - Any chance you could do/have done this logo? I don’t have a physical example but might be able to do a rough extrapolation based on the mounting holes. Pics of the logo are taken from google searches.
