I bought my first Workmate as a Christmas gift for my dad when I was a young kid. I remember carrying it onto the bus and hauling it home from the bus stop in deep snow. He loved it and had it for many years. I got my own a few years ago when we were clearing out my wife's grandmother's house...

Took an old computer power supply and used the 12V wires to hook up to a new Sony CD/MP3 & AM/FM radio with 2 6x9 Alpine speakers mounted in the rafters. Power supply is behind my garage white board.

Sony deck powered by a converted computer power supply tucked up behind the whiteboard. The sound is piped thru some really old Alpine 6x9 speakers mounted to the roof trusses. Plug in my iPhone to listen to my own tunes if I don't want to listen to the radio.

Cool. Would be really cool in areas where space is at a premium or where visibility when exiting onto street is an issue. Could park your car/buike on it, get a beer and lawnchair and watch the car/bike turn around and around. Would definitely have to paint the Batman logo on it though!

ProCycle XLT. Works great and with the added side panels makes for a decent general work surface. It doesn't have the siveling wheels, but they can be easily added!

NIcely done! If you can find an old locking hub you could make that sucker rotate and then just turn it to wind the hose up or pull it off. When you're done.....lock the hub and you're done.

Years ago when I had my first car ( 73 Mustang coupe ) and was living at home I came home in a hurry to get something out of the garage and leave again. I pull up to within 5 or 6 feet of he grage and jump out to open the garage door ( no we didn't have an automatic door, or I wasn't priveledged...

We have one of the Direct lifts too. Good product and the best thing I bought for the garage in a long time. Makes working on the bikes so much easier.

:bounce: I used to be one of those ******* neighbors. But at the time all I had was one of those really cheap 3-5 gal oil-less pankake compressors. The thing would cycle at least once an hour. I always seemed to forget to turn it off after airing up tires before we would leave for the weekend...

Put my 60 Gal upright in the trailer and strapped it down before hitting the highway.

Subscribed..... I have a similar problem with ours. When it gets to -20, the door stops coming down and goes back up. As soon as the temperature starts to get warmer, the problem dissapears.
