If you can park a vehicle on that over a weekend without leaving indents, I'd be comfortable putting a 4" reinforced slab over that - vapor barrier is already done.

Like me, I believe you're stuck in the old "you get what you pay for" situation. My garage floor *****, uneven & uncoated, when my workshop is done, I'll move everything over there & grind the garage & decide then. Maybe front porch too

Don't think there's a magic bullet, so check with local construction supply houses, one that carries a lot of concrete chemicals, that's how I found the color hardeners, then the Euclid products.

That's a lot of concrete, how about concrete where you really need it & asphalt chips elsewhere? Both with a well compacted agg base?

Since you haven't placed concrete, take a look at color hardeners, then quality sealers. The hardener adds color & strengthens the top layer of concrete. I went with euclid super diamond clear & an very happy with it, thrown everything but salt at it

Euclid super diamond clear is working well for me, brake fluid may have etched it a bit, next big roll back I'll recoat it & shouldn't be noticeable

Need some pictures of the sides. I think I'd bolt an anchor of some type into the holes on the uprights down low & use bottle jacks to lift slowly. Once up, 2x4 blocks under the corners like jack stands. Need more pics

If the slab isn't placed, I recommend looking into a color hardener, depends on the look you're going for of course

If placing fresh concrete again, I'd do color hardener again with euclid super diamond clear. Maybe I'd try and power trowel vs hand trowel to get a flatter finish. It's been super tough, only chip so far is due to dropping a vice off a workbench.
