After my slab was poured in summer 2022, we sealed it with Unitex Solvent Seal 1315 a couple days after the pour. It's done a wonderful job-- slick & glossy finish, easy to sweep, etc.
But it's wearing very thin / spotty in places due to vehicle traffic and such and I'd like to reapply it. The product literature suggests it is not for use in enclosed spaces, of which this is now an enclosed space (30x50 red iron building). Is it okay to simply reapply it over the slab?
I'll have to do it in stages (few squares at a time), perhaps the fumes won't be too great if done this way? Curious what the experts think.
