    Any ideas how to prevent rain water from washing out the dirt under the eves? The leantoo is 12'8" high and with the 2-12 roof and the eve height, it is washing away the dirt.     Would it be wise to keep plywood of floor, say 1/2" or would it not make any difference as far as wicking moisture from the concrete. What type of paint and would you paint bottom of plywood.

    I have completed the construction of my 50 x 50 red iron shop. I am wanting to put up 3/4 t&g plywood on the bottom 8' of the wall to protect the insulation. My question is what type or kind of paint or sealant to apply to the plywood to protect it and easy to clean.
