I would recommend at least get the insulated door. Way sturdier and quieter. We have CHI doors and are happy with them. Also make sure they are installed correctly. If the door split in half it was not installed correct.

Just had 2 CHI doors installed. Great quality for the price in my opinion. Installation is the most important part of any overhead door.
