Look into a product called "A Cool Door". It's the off season, and you may be able to cut a deal. It takes a little more work to install, but it's worth it.

Hi! Will this cool a four car garage? The garage is insulated including the two double doors. There is no side access door, but we are willing to have one installed. We are located in West Texas. Thanks. :)
