My you **** for the day

Since I've been corrected, I will add to my uncorrectiveness. I was able to put the filtration system back together and after pushing the buttons repeatedly it started up and blew me with a whole bunch of air. So there ya go. I'll post photos later. Tony

Hello Y'all, I was searching Craigslist this morning. Someone was giving away a Jet filtration system. I called him and went to pick it up. When I got there he gave me a Craftsman pressure washer with a Briggs and Stratton engine. After a number of hours and searching youtube I was able to get...

Well my house did have my tools in it.

Hey Y'all, Isn't it nice when you come home from a trip only to have something bad waiting for you? After getting snowed in because Chicago could not plow there runways I came home to my main water pipe frozen. This is after I spent twenty something hours driving back from Philly to Nebraska...

Looking for a little shed building advice

Just a thought, One thing to think about with the skid placement. Find a flat bed wrecker and measure the rail to rail distance. Put the outside of your skids just slightly less than that distance. That way you could sell it later and have to hauled away so you can build a bigger building later...

    Truss splice plates

When I built my shed I used a five pound sledge hammer. Beat the plates flush and then stop if not they will start curling back up. During one summer before college I worked at a truss factory. My hands were torn up in the first week and callused the next. Never again. Hope that helps, tony.

The wire that I have listed in the original post is not sold by the foot. Well if you consider 500 ft...

Need your help. Here's my setup

Thanks again PattenP. I'm going to Menards tomorrow to order the wire in my first post. Yes the wire will be above ground. With Menards giving me the ability to order the 2-2-2-4 wire I'm going to use that. Thanks again, Tony

Need your help. Here's my setup

Thanks for your help so far PattenP. I have a sixty amp breaker now. I realize the hundred amp breaker on the subpanel would be trumped by the sixty amp breaker I have now. Would the best option right now be for me to buy the 2-2-2-4 wire and run it to the main panel with the sixty amp...

    12' x 20' Motorcycle Workshop - Planning Stages

When the city came around to assess mi casa en wheels, they said that the biggest I could go, with the shed I built, without being taxed was 10x20, <200 sqft. Might want to look into the same thing if it applies. Tony P.s. I use my 10x12 as my do-all motorcycle shop and workplace.
