The lights were free and so is the wire. My cousin is an electrician and will wire them for me. All i have to do is get them up there. If i dont like them ill put them on craigslist. Thanks for the help. Ill post some pics when i get them fired up

True. I dont feel like having to cut all these reflectors. I might have to re think this. The purlins i was gonna hang these on is at about 14ft. So lets say 12ft to the floor. You dont think i would get enough coverage?

I have for 8ft flourescents i plan on leaving up as well. I knew they werent instant to come on. Should i scrap this idea and put up more flourescents?

Scored these lights from a warehouse. Tired of working in the dark and fighting bad flourescent bulbs and ballasts. Gonna hang 8 of them in my 40x50. Should be plenty of light. Best part is they were free!

i worked with a short guy at the ford dealership. He used to pull the valve cores out of the valve stems on the front tires of the vehicle he was working on. worked for him!
