looking for a year and the actual name, is it a machinist screwdriver ? What wood are the handle pieces ? Not getting rid of it, but like to know what it is when asked. Things like my Hargrave bar clamps are pretty easy but this is a little harder.

We had three of these at the marina, would store batteries for the winter and hook them up to these. sometimes have 30 - 40 batteries in storage. It would keep a trickle charge on batteries.
