Re: Rick's Audi Double Seems reasonable, had not thought about how much moisture comes from using sprays. Your a heck of a friend to devote that much time to this, and he is trusting. Nice job.

We have a 07 GLI that we ended up giving our daughter. I am considering getting a previous generation for fun and commuting. I was only looking at the 1.8 but will add the VR6. Have fun with the R32.

Nice addition. How do you like the VR6? I had heard that the VR6 is not as dependable as the 1.8 turbo, but very tempted to get a VW with one anyway.

I agree. I have the same issue. Maybe someday I will have the money and extra cash to properly finish my walls, but for now, it is painted and looks presentable. To me, your garage looks great.

The power the RS5 was nice, but I preferred the better handling of the R8. My garage is similar in size, just a couple feet wider. I wish it was 2-4 feet deeper, especially when I had a boat. Really interested how you like your new age cabinets. I have melamine cabinets that will have to do...

I think the insulated doors help some, but if your doors are in good shape I would first consider insulating them yourself. I replaced our doors even though they were only 10 years old due to them being cheap and giving me problems. Didn't help that my wife had run into them several times...
