Thanks for the replies fellas. I'll need to rent a grinder - when I go to the rental joint what kind of grinder (floor?) am I taking and what kind of grinding pad do I need (and where to get)? I could ask at the rental place but I far more trust this board's collective wisdom! :)

The product is the solvent two part Epoxy Pro Garage Fl Coating. No idea what's down now :confused: I tried pressure washing with a 3Kpsi ******* and that didn't cut it.

As you can see my floor's paint is coming up in a lot of areas, but still solidly down in others (those spots are not seen, under the front of the cars). Some bits are flaky and come up with moderate scraping effort and others are very difficult to scrape. Paint remover has had poor results...
