Hi Ron, the elevator cost 16000$ including installation 6 years ago, it goes from the basement to the first floor with a stop halfway (garage)

I made this to repair my gutter and the 2x6 behind it that was rotten, it's practical to use as you can put the beam on the inside to be close to your work ( ex window change ) or you can put the beam on the outside to work on siding

Repaired a fuel leak on this small generator that was given to me, cleaned the carburetor cranked it up and put put put......just like new

I built this garage to accomodate an elevator for my son, so the elevator is inside the garage, from the garage I can go upstairs or downstairs.....
