OSB for interior walls - prime/paint before hanging? etc

As suggested in some older threads, I used 2 coats of block fill (used for masonry) before painting my OSB. Yes, overall the texture will still show somewhat but in my case no where near as much and honestly, it looks pretty good.

Need MRCOOL cardboard templates for 9K/12K and 18K/24K inside air handlers

For construction reasons best left unsaid, I'm trying to get my hands on 2 cardboard templates, for the air handlers listed in the Subject line. Multiple calls to MRCOOL were useless, on hold for 30+ minutes every time, no one ever picks up. (I hope that's not an indication of how warranty...

    resto-mod vintage Sears air compressor

Yes, that is the correct, original color. I've had the same model I bought new in 1974. As an aside, does anyone know of a belt guard from other Sears compressors that will fit this compressor with few to no modifications ? No guard was available for this back then. Viz

Clarke Weld No Gas Mig 95

I was just given a Clarke Weld No Gas Mig 95, it's ancient, I know, but visually at least, looks good. I know these, as many small welders do, have some serious limitations, and I am willing to at least experiment with it, just for the limited experience. However, I cannot find anywhere...

Hose end repair - unusual (?) hose

Rubber garden hose. Male fitting was a standard hose end that had worn threads and wouldn’t retain any attachments/ nozzles. ID is 1/2”

Hose end repair - unusual (?) hose

This is is over 25 years old and other than the worn out male fitting, is in perfect shape. So after cutting the end off, I find the hose is constructed much differently than normal. The white, ribbed liner shown in the pictures extends the length of the hose. That's a really strong...
