As PC and OMR said, countersinks. There are two distinct types...the ones with no extension are simply know as "chatterless" zero flute c'sinks and the others are piloted zero flute c'sinks. Those don't look to be in very good shape. I wouldn't use them if the c'sink was critical.

We've got narrow and wide carts, some with the handles up, but most with the handles flat. I prefer the narrow, handle flat carts for most of my routine tasks, as I can get into places with it that the others won't go.

Don't spend a lot of time on the tools as they are already rusting from the photos you shared. Have someone on another board doing the same thing and he's months into cleaning tools in attempts to salvage them. Depends on how much you value your time.....

We use a couple of sizes of the RubberMaid style carts at work. Our tool boxes are large cabinets and have to remain plugged in for access and tool tracking. We typically grab a cart and a small tote and toss what we need in them and wheel them over to the airplane. They serve as tool benches...

Might be worth looking at using some of those totes you get, or some old seed boxes and putting the 46% in there and then putting them on one of the short seed tenders with the auger.. You'd have to do your own bottom door on the totes though.
