Hang in there man. I'm going on 3 yrs since I started. I'm finally using the space as intended and the satisfaction is indescribable. It'll be worth it for sure. The learning takes time. Just keep chipping away.

Dang. I just saw your blue print. 3 floors! Maybe you already said it but what are you planning on doing with floors 2 and 3?

Dude! I love threads like these. Great work on all that you do! Just curious as to your thoughts on you initial post regarding the 10K budget. Did you find it unrealistic or were you able to keep it close?

Nice build. I'm anxious to see the rest of the pictures. Why the engineered lsl stud wall? Looks like ur setting up to distribute the roof load via the interior posts to Sono tube concrete.

I would do many things different but the horizontal tin, I would do again.

The tin becomes a structural component. It also reduces lumber. No girts. All the tin was pre cut so it goes up quick. Lastly, it's different.

Started insulating walls and hanging tin on the interior walls. A lot of tetris.

I was able to get the front side pretty well rapped up this week. Ill be taking the scaffolding down and moving to the other side this weekend. Im also picking up the steel to build my large carriage doors today.

Nice looking build. Cant agree more with other comments. I love the threads where people are working in their spare time to build their own design. Anything uniquely built is cool in my book.

Man that's a great looking building. It's an interesting design. What is dims of ur posts and spacing on studs? Who did the building design and where did ur steel truss come from? I really like the post and truss alignment which iliminates the need for a large header.

Damn that is a great build! The the machining center. you may have mentioned this earlier but what are the plans for the HAAS?
