Not a tank top. It looks just like the current 50k Big Maxx unit which I assume replaced the 45k unit. I'm pretty sure with well insulated 2x6 construction it should do fine.

I have a stick framed with a conventional foundation but my center door is 12' high. I have around 13'6" above my finish floor to the bottom of the truss.

The lights I referenced are a frosted tube and can be flush mounted but they are plug in style and linkable up to four. If you have to have hard wired these would not technically be the light you're looking for. Assuming these are truly 30 watts, at 120v all 24 lights are only drawing 6amps.
