I have a new 2400 sq. ft. shop and want to put a solid color down no flakes. I'm looking for something I can do by myself and in one day if possible. It will be used for normal garage stuff. Any ideas on what to use and what the cost would be?

I have a garage with 16' ceilings will the Costco lights work for that high of a ceiling I won't be doing much work in it just storing stuff and the occasional job. Hard to spend $100 ea on fixtures for high bay.

Making plans to build and wanted to know how much the savings would be? I know every situation is different just curious what I could possibly save by being my own GC. Not worried about coordinating with different subs. Or keeping an eye on them.
