How does the Alpha perform on thin gauge aluminum? Some reviews say its better on thicker material but doesn't say what thicker is. Doubt I will work with anything thinner than 16 gauge aluminum, but do plan on using it on car bodies.

Went ahead and bought a 89660-Pro5 R134A Aluminum Manifold with out the hoses for $25 and a set of 60" hoses for $32. Also came with the oil injection hose so I think I am good. Now I just need my vacuum pump.
