it also the same as a Norco YM-1000 and is made in Japan. The seal kits can be had for $50!!! . All these jack parts guys don't have a clue. They all told me it was obsolete also. lazaars really knows their stuff and i will be ordering from them. hope this information can help someone else.

the pump plunger is leaking. all the local hydraulic shops only have sae sizes not metric. No luck there. I don't know where it was made but the new one 1510b looks crappier than my 1510a. Everything is different other than the color. mine looks more like the 20 ton OTC 1512.

Well no help here i see. Even OTC didn't know what it was. Found out by accident. FYI it's an OTC 1510A . Nothing on google about it. Seal kit is $450. **** a duck. The OTC modern version is Otc 1510B and the kit is $23. Unbelievable.

I guess according to cover it is a OTC Stinge 10 ton 1510 but seems more like 1512 except for front wheels . Anyone care to chime in?? Cover seems to be original. Only thing i can find online is OTC 1510B 10 ton but its very different. TIA

No the red one is a Hein Werner 5 ton winner series. Taiwan made. I wonder if it's any good. the other one is an odd ball it's an otc 10 ton but i can't figure out which one.

hey i think you're right. i called up Blackhawk told them about the B with arrows logo they said it wasn't theirs go figure. it need a release valve for starters. I don't think anything can be had except maybe for a seal kit. Lazaars has the parts list. it needs a k28.900 release valve...

Old floor jack i came upon needs some parts and seals. Can anyone identify it. it have a B with an arrow through it. It's not Blackhawk.
