I guess according to cover it is a OTC Stinge 10 ton 1510 but seems more like 1512 except for front wheels . Anyone care to chime in?? Cover seems to be original. Only thing i can find online is OTC 1510B 10 ton but its very different.

TIA

Well no help here i see. Even OTC didn't know what it was. Found out by accident.
FYI it's an OTC 1510A . Nothing on google about it. Seal kit is $450. **** a duck. The OTC modern version is Otc 1510B and the kit is $23. Unbelievable.

You'll probably be able to find what you need for a seal kit far cheaper than the $450 NOS kit OTC has put together.

Do you even need a seal kit? You haven't provided any information on the current operable status of your jack.

In the hydraulic world, often seals are just seals. If you get what I mean. Take out any leaking seal, take it to a hydraulic shop, they'll measure it, and pull one off the shelf.

I just rebuilt some hydraulic valves on a 1960s IH tractor by doing just that. The original part numbers for the seals have been NLA'd for 30+ years.

I have a OTC 1502 2 1/4 ton jack. It is not a Stinger, it is blue and made in Japan. I believe they made a 1505 5 ton and a 1510 10 ton. Painted blue.

Parts availability for a heavy duty OTC made in Japan floor jack, good luck. Find a local hydraulic supply place

the pump plunger is leaking. all the local hydraulic shops only have sae sizes not metric. No luck there.

I don't know where it was made but the new one 1510b looks crappier than my 1510a. Everything is different other than the color. mine looks more like the 20 ton OTC 1512.

The blue OTC 1510 I am referring to is from the early 2000's and parts and information seem to be none existent. Like you said, you probably have a 1510a with the newer Stinger colors and there are some seal kits available.

oh thanks Witthay all those links are to the same guy $100 is better than $400. Awesome i scored for $50.

Funny thing is OTC said it was obsolete but it's almost the same as a Norco 71000

This jack has chrome plated rod!!!! isn't norco the only brand with chrome plated rod.
Funny this jack looks like its bult well but yet OTC stopped making it.

I also found this jack by AFF which looks like the exact jack. the seal kit is the same. didn't have chance to call them yet. If it's a china jack it's pretty beefy.
