Well, we got it on special, so it was $107K, then we added a few small upgrades, like 2x6 walls and upgraded insulation, and nicer roof shingles. Makes for a quiet and energy efficient home, actually. Total cost for the home, shop, land (1.25 acre) and all improvements came out to about $263K...
