Little update: I contacted Klein customer service and I am sending them my screwdriver so Quality control can inspect it and once they get it I will recieve a new one free. So Klein has been helpful in correcting this issue. They will be getting more of my business. Sent from my iPhone using...

Did Klein Tools give me the (screwdriver) shaft?

You know what your right. It does look like a grip from a # in # driver from them. That explains the missing Made in USA, because those arent or are with foriegn materials. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Did Klein Tools give me the (screwdriver) shaft?

I got in contact with Klein customer service(excellent service) and they told me that screwdriver should have been marked as Made in USA. They asked for a picture and I sent it to them. I am awaiting response. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Did Klein Tools give me the (screwdriver) shaft?

When you look on Kleins website for the 602-6 screwdriver model that I got, its rubber mold is different than pictured on their website. Heres how a regular should look: Heres how mine looks Its only markings are indented Klein Tools. No warnings like the usual ones and no made in USA. For...

Did Klein Tools give me the (screwdriver) shaft?

Heres how every other Klein ive seen looks at the same point. Thats the way ive always seen them. Not the sloppy thing I have now. And when I pull back the rubber it backs off a bit from the acetate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Did Klein Tools give me the (screwdriver) shaft?

I bought a 7 peice set of Klein screwdrivers from Home Depot today. Package said Made in USA, and 6 of the screwdrivers are marked as such. But the 7th screwdriver is god aweful. Its not the usual extrusion of “Klein Tools” on the rubber grip, but its intruded into the grip and it no where says...

    The "new" Craftsman tools

Just noticed on Craftsmans website, their doing the exact same think Lowes did with Kobalt on toolboxes, they have a 1000 series, a 2000 series, and a 3000 series. Think that will replace Kobalts toolboxes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Columbian Vise - any good?

Its not the mounting hardware thats the problem, at all. Its the screw to stop its spinning that strips under ANY load, and the wobble all around from the base to the rotating head. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Matco Customer Service A++

So awhile ago, around August 16, I emailed Matco about a ratchet I had that was slipping. I gave them the details, it was a flex head 3/8” that was Danaher made. I knew they didnt make it anymore, so I asked about a repair kit. I emailed at 9:00 PM August 16, and recieved a reply at 11:30 AM...

    Grandpa’s tools.

Hello Little backstory. Out of all my grandfathers grandkids, im the only one who cared to turn a wrench. So, being the great man he is, he decided to give me some of his old tools. He showed me how to use them, and I will think of him every time I do. He gave me these. They were baffling, Ive...

Anyone else get suckered by these?

I was not aware that there was any difficulty hand rolling up a hose, of any kind. Since I was old enough to pick up an extension cord I have always looped it around my palm/elbow and its worked fine for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
