Providing that fitting has a valve core and is not one of the ball/poppet style ports.
Like normal that set is missing sizes, do you need 1 9/16", 1 11/16", 1 13/16" measure some of the larger sizes you have and see if there are any x/16" sizes.
I know I used a 1 13/16" last week on a lift cylinder.
Those are usually to prevent over torque on the flange, the ones he has are used as a antitheft "feature" so thieves cant unbolt the steering column lock.......
I grab the long flex head ratcheting wrenches the most, they work well on belt tensioners, caliper bolts, suspension bolts generally any bolt you can't easily get a socket on.
