An update is coming. Life happened but all is well. Gimme a few days and an upload photos.

We decided to put cedar lap siding on the living quarters portion of the building. We bought unfinished cedar and are staining it before hanging it. Here's a photo. We hop to be done next week. 168 16' pieces with 2 coats each of semi-transparent stain takes a lot more time than we first thought!

Moved into the new attic office. Very roomy. Social distancing for sure!!

Well, we were sweltering in our little camper and after a day and half of hard work SWAMBO and I got the 100' run of 100 amp wire in conduit, in the trench and hooked up to the RV outlets. We now have a two full (water sewer 50 amp power) RV hookups. The AC is on and blissfully cold :bounce:

Thanks. Biggest challenge now is working around everything in the shop and getting appliances, doors etc. Due to COVID-19 my Milgard windows took 9 weeks and two were backordered. [Usually they run 30-45 days.] My wife picked cedar siding from a local mfg. in Missoula, they aren't returning...

Rough electrical is done. Windows are onsite. Windows and siding will be installed next week.

Rough plumbing is done. Pictures tomorrow. Electrical started today. I was able to trade my electrician my 1969 Ford Mustang for the work on the apartment, shop and equipment shed. Good trade and glad to eliminate another possession.

Pouring concrete today for the porch and patio off the east side and the propane tank pad. Interior framing was completed yesterday. Stairs to second floor and attic completed yesterday.

100% roof on, switching to interior framing, plumbing and electrical next week. Also, grading and then pouring a patio next week in preparation for a roof off the (north) front door patio area.
