Why not go to a more modern design where the page can redraw itself or just have it left aligned? It's annoying to scroll around when pictures go off the right of the page but there is still a bunch of space to the left that is never used. Just a suggestion.

Those things go for $200-300 around here. Gezus I hate the prices on used storage equipment and things like vises in ABQ, everyone believes they are on pawn stars or something.

That is one thing that really hooked us on this place. Great location, space to expand (the house is on smaller side at 1550 sqft with 1 bathroom but the layout means we can add on a master suite in about 2 years pretty easily).

Thanks guys for the info. I'm taking a look at it in the morning and will hopefully be able to get some more info off of it. At $650 (and will try to talk him down a little once I can take a closer look) as long as the pump produces pressure I might pick it up anyway.

Nice build. I was scrolling through the first page going, "dang that looks a lot like Albuquerque." Then hit the comment about New Mexico sunsets and knew I was right. That is one heck of a "sleeper" garage to take the term from racing. Looks like it's going to be an awesome work space.
