Yeah, it’s hard to say, but perhaps your right, he just didn’t think it was worth patenting... especially if that meant more money invested into addiction patents (not sure if that would be the case)

Not sure, good question though. This was all I was told from the gentleman at York. On one hand I would speculate that their relationship ended when Mr. Vogl moved to the states and then the war disrupted ownership of York from Mr. Dohnal whom sounds to be his close connection at York. But...
