    Thanks for the replies. Is the detent hole drilled all the way though on the non-quick release versions? I can't tell from the pictures.

    Got this a while ago with some other older tools. Its marked Indestro Roberts 3280 USA. There is no detent to hold a socket on, just a hole. No release button on the back. Doesn't look like there was ever anything in the hole. I can't find any information on it. What's it used for? Can I...

    7" grinder with light. it looked unused when I got it, the grinding wheels were new. I've been using the coarse wheel, the fine one is still new. I also have the stand but it's mounted on a bench right now.
