Are you referring to the main breaker, or a disconnect between the meter hub and panels? In my case, I have one feed from the utility, and two separate feeds to main panels (with main breaker, 1 200A 1 100A) for the house and detached garage (all permitted, inspected and legal):

Propane heat: C3H8 + 5-O2 = 3-CO2 + 4-H20 + heat

Does your code allow a dual lug meter socket? If it does, and it's feasible, I'd do that. You free up the spot on the main breaker, and you can use the full 100A in your garage.

Actually, what I did is went with split 15A circuits, you just use 14/3 instead of 14/2 (common neutral) and a 2-pole breaker, assuming MN code allows it. I don't know if you can so split 20A.

The thing with densifier is that it does allow the concrete to be diamond polished afterwards, and since the floor doesn't have a "plastic" coating on it, it won't lift if there's moisture pressure underneath it. I'm not sure on the oil impermeability though. I'm planning on doing a black acid...

If you do buy your heater in the US, make sure it either has the CSA label, or the UL circle with a small c at the bottom. Better safe than sorry if you ever have a claim with the insurance company. I bought this one at Lowe's (great little unit)...
