It seems to me that some moisture may have been trapped in between the sealer and the concrete but other than that starting to really love the new building. Any updates I feel should always include a picture!

Almost ready to start moving things in! Starting to feel real now! Window getting installed tomorrow!

Thank you and you are correct. I may look at lifts later down the road. We did have this farmed out for time reasons. Once its constructed the insulating and finishing/electrical will be done with help from friends.

I'm hoping it will be enough, we have four wheelers, dirt bikes, a couple mustangs and a lifted explorer that will be sleeping in here and getting worked on...(always). Ill get some pics when I'm wishing I would have went bigger. Lol

Finally my own little get away We out grew our attached two stall years ago. So it is time to add a little more space.

I am in the process of lining up my 36x40 shop. Opted for 40 wide and 36 deep, my thoughts are to have a shop on the left side of my building and all the toys will be pulled in through the right side that will have most likely a 16ft door. Will also have a small 9ft door to the left for dirt...
